Introduction
DW-F2000 Fully Automatic Fiber Analyzer is an integrated fiber analyzer that integrates digestion, filtration, cleaning, and waste discharge. The instrument is based on the Wendt method and the Paradigm method. It uses filter bags instead of crucibles, which reduces the risk of sample hardening and clogging the crucible during filtration in traditional experiments. The instrument adopts a one-button design, which is easy to operate. It can measure more than 24 samples in a batch, which improves the sample detection efficiency. It is suitable for the determination of crude fiber, detergent fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose, acid detergent lignin and other related indicators in food, feed and other plant samples.
Characteristics
●Adopt 7-inch touch screen, built-in Android operating system, fully automated operation, one-touch completion of the entire process of adding liquid, boiling, stirring, cleaning, and waste discharge, without manual intervention
●Adopt method library management mode, built-in CF, NDF, ADF and other experimental program libraries, can set more than 1,000 experimental programs, users can edit according to samples and test items, convenient for testing various samples
●The filter bag technology is used to effectively avoid problems such as sample agglomeration and crucible clogging during the test , thus improving the experimental efficiency
●More than 24 samples can be placed at one time, effectively improving the experimental efficiency of the instrument per unit time
●Built-in preheating function, preheat the water in advance during the experiment, strictly follow the fiber measurement standard to use hot water to wash the sample, to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results
●Use one-piece metal digestion tank, with special surface treatment, resistant to high temperature, high pressure and chemical corrosion
●With permission management function, users can set up new accounts and other operations according to their own permissions to ensure the safety of experimental operations
●With liquid shortage alarm function, when the solvent is insufficient, the instrument will automatically alarm and stop running to ensure the accuracy of the results
●With dual temperature and pressure detection devices, the instrument automatically stops heating when over-temperature occurs. At the same time, if the pressure is greater than the mechanical safety valve, the safety valve will automatically open to release the pressure.
●With safety door setting, when the experiment is in progress, the electromagnetic lock will automatically lock the cover of the boiling pot to prevent misoperation during the experiment
●During the experiment, the instrument is in a closed state and the experiment can be completed without condensation water
Benefits
Intelligent control, unattended
DW-F2000 uses the Android operating system. The instrument automatically adds liquid, digests, stirs, cleans, and discharges waste. It is also equipped with a variety of safety monitoring functions. The entire process does not require human intervention, reducing the contact between
experimenters and reagents.
Massive solutions, free settings
It adopts the method library management mode, with built-in CF, NDF, ADF and other experimental scheme libraries, which can set more than 1,000 experimental schemes. Users can edit them according to samples and test items, which is convenient for testing various samples.
Integrated digestion tank, safety upgrade
The integrated metal digestion tank is used to avoid gaps caused by component connections, effectively avoiding leakage and seepage. During the digestion process, temperature and pressure are protected to ensure the normal operation of the experiment.
Filter bag design, improved efficiency
The filter bag technology is used instead of the crucible to solve the risk of sample compaction and crucible clogging during filtration in traditional experiments. It is suitable for CF, NDF, ADF, and ADL determination. More than 24 samples can be determined in a batch at the same time,
effectively increasing the daily processing capacity.
